An attractive yellow gold robe.

A very fine and fruity nose, where one can also detect fine mineral and floral notes.

The mouth is very balanced, with good length. There is good fruit concentration (exotic and citrus), with again good minerality.

Laying down: this wine will keep for at least 5 years, it will soften over time.

Food/wine pairing: it goes very well with shellfish, oysters and fish, also with some white meats, and fine charcuterie.
