Bourgogne Pinot Gris

An attractive light rose colour.

A very fruity nose (citrus and exotic fruits), and mineral.

The mouth is very balanced between the acidity and weight, rounded, with a good backbone. Here we find fine notes of fresh fruits and strawberries.

Laying down: between 2 and 3 years.

Food/wine pairing: ideal as an aperitif, or with starters, it goes well with spicy dishes and some cheeses.
