The Bourgogne Passetoutgrain has an attractive cherry red colour. The structure shows suppleness, and light tannins, which means it tastes well when young, but will have no problem ageing. The aromas are of red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant), it is fruity with fine length in the mouth.
Laying down: at least five years.
Food/wine pairing: grilled red meats, roasts, sauteed white meats, poultry, game and soft cheeses
