Bourgogne Chardonnay

This Bourgogne Blanc has an attractive yellow gold robe. The aromatics are fresh, with fruity notes (citrus and exotic fruits), it is mineral.

Laying down: this wine can age for five years.

Food/wine pairing: ideal as an aperitif, or paired with starters, it goes very well with shellfish, oysters and fish, and even some softer cheeses.
