Welcome

The HEIMBOURGER Father & Son Domain is situated in upper Burgundy, next to Chablis. This region is known as the "Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne" (golden doors of burgundy). The soil is both chalky & clay like, called Kimmeridgian, unique to this area. The estate exploits 13 hectares of vineyards on Chablis, Irancy & burgundy appelations. The wine is made using traditionnal methods, while incorporating the latest technology, from the picking of the grapes to the wine in bottle. In general, the wine is left in the vat or barrel for about 10 months, so the wine can devolop the complex and delicat flavours required. Thanks to the range of wines we can reply to most of our clients demands.
